For over 30 years Adam Furlonger has performed various roles throughout the real estate industry including for nearly 10 years being the Owner & Director of the only real estate agency in Australia which specialised exclusively in selling Premium properties that had previously been marketed unsuccessfully & remained unsold.
Prior to that he was the Director of Prestige Property Sales for one of Australia’s most well respected boutique real estate firms.
In more recent years he was appointed to the role of National Corporate Director of Sales, Marketing & Negotiating Training for one of Australia’s largest real estate franchises at the time with offices throughout New South Wales, Victoria & Queensland where he was responsible for the professional training & development of around 250 real estate agents.
Throughout his career he has successfully shown both real estate agents & home owners how to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to the sale of a property where, unfortunately for the owner, the local agents are simply unable to sell that home.
With the benefit of personally selling in excess of 2000 properties throughout his career & overseeing many thousands more marketing campaigns & all important price negotiations for the real estate agents he was either employing, managing or training at the time, he has developed many sophisticated Marketing, Presentation, Negotiating & all important Buyer Database strategies that greatly assist his current clients with the sale of their home, enabling them to sell their most valuable asset for the price it is really worth.
